Flawtrack demo terms and conditions
By requesting a demo of FlawTrack Sdn Bhd's penetration testing services through our online form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Authorization
By submitting the demo request form, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to engage FlawTrack Sdn Bhd to conduct security testing on the assets, websites, applications, networks, or other scope specified. You affirm that you are duly authorized to grant permission and access to FlawTrack Sdn Bhd's team to perform a one-day demo of the requested services on the designated targets. - Scope of Demo
The security testing demo will be limited to a one-day timeframe and will only cover the specific services, assets, websites, applications, networks, or scope detailed in the submitted request form. Services may include but are not limited to penetration testing, application security assessments, red teaming, phishing simulations, cloud security reviews, threat hunting, or other offerings as agreed upon. FlawTrack Sdn Bhd will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide an informative demonstration of our offensive and defensive security capabilities within the agreed-upon scope. - Confidentiality
FlawTrack Sdn Bhd agrees to treat any information obtained during the demo as confidential and will not disclose any findings, identified vulnerabilities, or sensitive data to third parties without your express written consent, except as may be required by law. All information will be handled in accordance with our confidentiality policies and non-disclosure agreements. - Data Protection
In conducting the security testing demo, FlawTrack Sdn Bhd will take appropriate measures to protect any sensitive data encountered and will handle all information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We adhere to strict data protection standards and will securely dispose of any data obtained during the demo upon completion. - Disclaimer of Warranty
The security testing demo is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. FlawTrack Sdn Bhd disclaims any warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. The demo is intended to provide an illustrative assessment and does not guarantee the identification of all potential vulnerabilities or security risks. - Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlawTrack Sdn Bhd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the demo, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlawTrack Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the demo or violation of these Demo Terms of Use. - Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in FlawTrack Sdn Bhd's methodologies, tools, and deliverables remain the exclusive property of FlawTrack Sdn Bhd. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any materials provided during the demo without our express written consent. - Termination
FlawTrack Sdn Bhd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the security testing demo at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, all obligations of FlawTrack Sdn Bhd shall cease. - Governing Law
These Demo Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Malaysia.
